TARGET-ME has been appointed by China State Engineering Construction as the sub consultant for cost consultancy services. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the preparation, evaluation, substantiation, and negotiation of variations, extension of time related claims, together with the coordination and formal submission of such variations to the Lead Consultant and/or Project Cost Consultant for review, assessment, and approval.
